HH8-220A Stand up pouch premade bag packing machine/Zipper bag packing machine/Coconut rolls packing machine

Introduction 
     The whole set including stand up pouch packing machine, 10heads weigher, Z type elevator, working platform, weighting checking machine and metal checking machine. Mainly suit for the quantitative packing for solid product, granule product and irregular products. Such as food industry, pet food industry, pharmaceuticals industry, seed industry's automatic material feeding, taking bag, date printing, quantify, filling, vibration, hot sealing, finished product conveying such full packing line.
Features:

1. Huihe HH8-220 series machine is full automatic advanced equipment, which replaced manual packaging production, Enterprise implements the packaging automation, so as to improve the production efficiency, greatly reduced the cost of production.
2. All contacting parts are using stainless steel or other food hygiene required material, to ensure food hygiene and safety, in accordance with food hygiene standards.
3. This machine is using the most stable CAM mechanical transmission technology, to make sure the equipment operation stability, low failure rate, low energy consumption, using high-end circuit structure, man-machine interface (PLC+HMI) such advanced technology, to realize electromechanical integration, easy to operate.
4. The system will adjust the angle of the pneumatic component automatically when you higher or lower the speed when the machine working, to avoid the different speed which to change angle parameter deviation, which will cause the instability of the production.
5.  Packaging machine with automatic detection, information feedback such function, machine will not fill and seal when detecting no bag or bag not open. The running status real-time display, automatic stop, will save packing material and product.
6. Part adopts industrial plastic bearings imported from Germany, oil free.
7. Wide range of applicable bag, single layer PE, laminated PE, laminated CPP, aluminum such laminated pre made bag etc.
8. Low loss of packing material, using pre made bag, good packaging design, good sealing quality, which improve the grade of the product
9. Horizontal or vertical bag supply type, storage device can hold more bags.
10. Sealing use constant temperature sealing.
11. Bag opening use free oil vacuum pump type.
12. Anti-empty bag device, to control no sealing when bag is empty, will not waste packing bags.
13. Packing machine to control 10heads weigher to filling material, will not waste product.
14. Equipped with suitable stainless steel hopper according to different bag size, which is easy to change
15. Machine with vibration device, to ensure material will not clamp in the process of  sealing and packing product.
