Features
1. With PLC system,raster counting,human-machine interface and easy operation

4.Can finish the function of measuring,counting,bag forming,filling,sealing and date printing. Consist of vibration plate,raster measurer,feeding part and bag former part. Will set several vibration plate according to different products to improve the diversification of the products.

Introduction to the general features of the equipment:
1. Anti-empty bag function: to make sure without empty bag packing, save film cost.
2. Anti-pinch function: it will never damage the machine parts, especially the mold and the tool, and the packaged parts.
3. Missing material alarm function: the machine automatic shutdown and alarm when the vibration plate has no material, the detection time can be set freely;
4. No film stop function: no film supply action in the film feeding part, the equipment detects itself and stops it with alarm;
5. Quantitative shutdown function: the required number of packages can be freely set in the screen, the machine automatically stops and alarms after the number of bags is satisfied;
6. Packing mode switching function: It can mix and pack 12 different materials at the same time, and can also switch one material packing separately, humanized setting, easy to switch and debug, and set the number of packaging free;
7. Switch the width of the packaging film: change the bag former when change different bag size(width).

If really dont know how to install and operate after showing the video and telephone instruction, you can ask for installation from us. During the installation session, a one-day training course will be provided to our customers about operation and maintenance procedure.
