1. HH-6030AZS+SF-6040E fully-auto Straight Feeding Sleeve Sealer& Shrink Tunnel adopts the unique linear design and compact structure. It is very suitable for accordion type tapes packing. and don't need to adjust the forward direction packing. What's more, there is no length limits;
2. It can work independently and also can connect with the production line to realize the unmanned assembly line with the function of auto feeding, film wrapping, sealing, shrinking, cooling and stereotypes.
3. The foreign advanced technology and production process make sure the stable performance.
4. Siemens "PLC" programmable process controller makes it achieve the mechanical, electrical and pneumatic integration.
5. After a special modification, the light and small products can also be packed;
6. It has advantages of speed and connection compared with the common side feed machine.
7. The sealing line is solid without cracking by cutting and anti- sticking by using special blade.
8. Two groups of imported level photoelectric devices are used to accurate positioning;
9. The imported conveyor belt is durable and the conveyor speed is controlled by frequency inverter.
10. The user-friendly control box makes the operator's operation much easier;
11. The pressure device equipped behind the sealing makes sure the position is stable even for the light product during the procession.
12. SF-6040E shrink tunnel adopts the imported double recycling motor; so that the hot air in the tunnel is even to have more beautiful shrink effect.
13. The outside security cover can be installed according to the customer requirement.
14. The chain conveyor made of solid steel covered with imported silicone tube is very durable. Besides the chain conveyor, we also have different conveyors according the products shape and material.
15. The frequency inverter controls the speed of the conveyor.
16. The separate control box makes sure the electrical components have good ventilation.
17. This machine is mainly applied to the longer products, such as cartons or paper trays which contain drink, beer, water, can or glass bottles collection or single shrink wrapping.

Installation/ Training

If really dont know how to install and operate after showing the video and telephone instruction, you can ask for installation from us. It must be after shipment till the machine has arrived and factory must be ready equipped with all necessary requirements before booking installation. Our engineers will come to the site for the complete and final installation. During the installation session, a one-day training course will be provided to our customers about operation and maintenance procedure. The following costs should be paid by the buyer, including engineer's all local transportation, accommodation, and air tickets (round trip).
